Free agent outfielder David Dellucci’s scheduled physical with the Cleveland Indians was postponed until next week because the outfielder has the flu.
Dellucci had planned to be in Cleveland on Thursday for a physical that would have allowed the Indians to finalize an $11.5 million, three-year contract.
However, Dellucci wasn’t feeling well and the medical checkup was rescheduled until next Tuesday, his agent Joe Longo said.
